We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Production Process Engineer Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the production processes of electric motorcycles while contributing to the advancement of sustainable transportation.

 

Essential Duties, Responsibilities & Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure adherence to production standards.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with various departments, including engineering and manufacturing, to streamline production workflows.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in electric motorcycle technology and manufacturing processes.

 

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
