We are seeking a passionate and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer Intern to join our dynamic team.

 

Essential Duties, Responsibilities & Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to create and modify 3D models and detailed drawings of motorcycle components.
• Contribute to the development of new features and improvements in motorcycle design.
• Participate in the prototyping process to bring design concepts to life.
• Assist in testing and evaluating prototypes, documenting results.
• Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create accurate and detailed models.
• Ensure designs meet performance, safety, and manufacturing standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, to integrate mechanical and electrical components seamlessly.

 

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and materials.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively.
• Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable transportation.

 

Internship Duration: 3 months

 

Desired Skills and Experience/Education

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Previous internship or project experience in mechanical design.
• Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials selection.
