Essential Duties, Responsibilities & Job Requirements

• Establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures.
• Monitor and ensure that work on the production floor complies with SOP.
• Supervise staff and manage work processes.
• Set performance targets in line with the Company’s vision.
• Oversee and control workers on the production floor to achieve set production targets.
• Conduct analysis to identify needed improvements if problems occur on the production line.

 

Desired Skills and Experience/Education

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Fresh Graduates are allowed).
• Understand sampling and audit methods.
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel).
• Initiative.
• Understanding of welding is a plus.
• Familiarity with the implementation and control of Quality Management System Standards or ISO.
